Author Guidelines
Types of Contributions Accepted
- Research Articles: Empirical and theoretical studies advancing the field of management.
- Case Studies: Practical insights and innovative approaches addressing real-world challenges.
- Review Papers: Comprehensive reviews of recent developments in management disciplines.
- Perspective Articles: Thought leadership and critical analysis of emerging trends.

Manuscripts should be submitted via the online submission portal or emailed to the editorial office at agcjms@acetedu.in.
Authors must ensure the following:
- Submit the manuscript in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) format.
- Include a Cover Letter stating the manuscript's title, significance, and confirmation of originality.
- Attach a Declaration Form confirming that the manuscript has not been published or is not under consideration elsewhere.
Formatting Guidelines
- Font and Spacing: Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 Line Spacing.
- Margins: 1-inch on all sides.
- Structure:
- Title Page: Title, Author(s), Affiliation(s), Contact Information.
- Abstract: 200–250 words concise summary.
- Keywords: 5–6 for indexing purposes.
- Main Text: Introduction, Literature Review, Objectives, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Future Scope, Conclusion.
- References: APA Style (7th Edition).
- Appendices/Tables/Figures: Clearly labeled and placed after references.
Peer Review Policy
At AGC-MJ, peer review is a dialogue built on trust, empathy, and shared purpose. Our process is fair, transparent, and constructive.
- Respectful Communication: Reviewers respond with thoughtful and respectful feedback.
- Transparency: Authors and reviewers are informed at every step.
- Supportive Feedback: Constructive, actionable, and encouraging comments.
- Diversity & Inclusion: We engage reviewers from diverse disciplines and backgrounds.
- Integrity: Adherence to ethical best practices—confidentiality, conflict disclosures, and good faith.
Review Process
- Initial Check: Editorial team screens submissions for relevance, formatting, and ethics.
- Selecting Reviewers: 2–3 reviewers are invited based on expertise and availability.
- Double-Blind Review: Reviewers and authors remain anonymous.
- Providing Constructive Feedback: Comments include summary, strengths, improvements, and recommendations (Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject).
- Editorial Decision: Final decision shared via email within 4–5 months, based on reviewer feedback.
Revisions & Support: Accepted manuscripts undergo copy-editing, proofreading, and author approval before publication. Authors must submit the Copyright Form after acceptance.
Space for Open Dialogue
When appropriate, moderated, anonymous discussions between authors and reviewers are encouraged to foster understanding and collaboration.
Ethical Foundations
- Confidentiality: Manuscripts and reviews are private.
- Disclosure: Conflicts of interest must be declared.
- Accountability: Plagiarism, data issues, or misconduct are addressed seriously.
Authors’ Responsibility
- Originality: No plagiarism (checked via detection tools).
- Citations: Proper attribution of all sources.
- Conflict of Interest: Must be disclosed.
- Data Transparency: Raw data may be requested for verification.
Publication Frequency Policy
We publish bi-annually in English, ensuring high editorial standards and meaningful review for each submission.
