Registrations

It is mandatory for at least one author of each accepted paper to register for the conference to ensure the inclusion of the paper in the proceedings. Only registered authors will be permitted to present their papers at ICAMMP 2025. To finalize your participation, please complete the registration process and submit the conference fee. Ensure all required information is accurately provided and that you meet the registration deadline. Click the buttons above to proceed with registration and payment. We look forward to your valuable contribution to the advancement of additive manufacturing and materials science.

The fees mentioned below is “Per Person”.

All the accepted papers in the Conference will be Published with Taylor and Francis conference proceedings.

* For extra pages (more than 5), per page 1000 INR for Indian and 50 USD for Foreign.

Bank Details for Registration

1. For quick and easy payment, use your credit/debit card, Net-banking, UPI, or other online options by visiting Register Now Button on this website.
2. The bank details provided here are for participants who prefer to pay the conference fee offline (NEFT / Demand Draft).
3. If you choose offline payment, click the "Register Now" button, select the "Pay Offline" option, and fill in the required details.

What is Included in Fees:

1. Attendance of Authors in ICAMMP 2025.
2. Participant badge / I-card(s)
3. Welcome reception on 11 Dec, 2025.
4. Two full days of expert insights from top-tier presenters.
5. Participation in the brain storming sessions.
6. Conference material (Conference program, Conference kit, Certificate of participation OR Presentation of Paper for a registered person only, etc).
7. Inclusion of abstract in conference abstract/Souvenir book, if paper is accepted.
8. Complementary coffee/tea, working lunch and welcome dinner during the conference.

Important Instructions for Fee Payment

1. Confirm your registration by paying the registration fee.
2. Registration fee includes all Taxes.
3. While transferring the money online, please clearly mention the remark as “Registration fee for Manuscript ID: ___________"
4. One registration fee will cover one paper only. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has also to be registered separately.
5. Registration fee to be paid only if author receive an "Acceptance e-mail" after the peer review process/publisher.
6. Registration Fee to be paid within 5 days after receiving the "Acceptance e-mail".
7. The registration fee is subjected to the deadline. Make sure you pay the Fees on time to avoid any inconvenience.
8. Conference fee once paid would not be refunded.
