If you need a visa, we will be pleased to provide you with an Invitation Letter for your application. Visa applications have to be done by yourself to the nearest Indian embassy or consulate which are going to inform you regarding the requirements and documents that are needed. Please ensure that is sufficient time left for the applications to be completed. The participant is sole responsible to apply and follow up on his Visa application.

A Letter of Invitation is a proof that your paper submission and registration application are accepted by the conference committee board. It perhaps could help with your visa application. However, it does not guarantee you a visa. The invitation letter will be issued ONLY after you have registered and full payment has been received. Rejection of visa application cannot be the reason to require fee refund.
