AIIS’26 Ethics And Publication Integrity: We are committed to the highest ethical standards, requiring all authors, reviewers, and editorial board members to uphold integrity, fairness, and transparency.

  • Author’s Responsibilities

Authors must submit original, unpublished work presented with complete accuracy and honesty. Plagiarism, data manipulation, or duplicate submissions are strictly prohibited and will lead to rejection. Proper citations and disclosure of any conflicts of interest are mandatory.

  • Reviewer’s Responsibilities

Ensure quality and integrity through constructive, unbiased evaluations based on academic merit; maintain confidentiality; avoid personal use of manuscript content; disclose conflicts of interest; and recuse themselves when impartiality is compromised.

  • Responsibilities of the Editorial Board

Ensure a fair, transparent, and rigorous publication process; base decisions solely on scholarly merit and conference relevance; maintain confidentiality; address ethical violations; and take corrective actions such as rejection, retraction, institutional notification, or submission bans, with full transparency.

  • Handling Ethical Misconduct

AIIS’26 enforces zero tolerance for ethical breaches. Suspected cases will be promptly investigated, and confirmed violations may lead to rejection, institutional notification, and bans on future participation, ensuring fairness, confidentiality, and transparency.

  • Plagiarism Prevention

All submissions are screened using advanced detection tools. Similarity above 10% will prompt review, and confirmed plagiarism will lead to rejection and possible disciplinary action.
