Visa Facility

Your visa permits entry into India for a specified duration, which is determined by the type of visa you possess. The date of entry and the authorized length of your stay will be stamped on your passport or travel document.

Do I Need a Visa?

For comprehensive and up-to-date guidelines on whether you require a visa for India, including information on visa-free travel, Visa on Arrival, and the detailed application and submission procedures, please consult the official portal at www.indianvisaonline.gov.in.

This official resource provides the most current instructions to ensure your visa application is processed smoothly and in compliance with all relevant regulations. We highly recommend that you apply for your visa with sufficient time to receive a decision, but not so far in advance that it falls outside the permissible application window.

Invitation Letter for AIIS’26

If you require a visa to attend AIIS’26, we are pleased to provide you with an official invitation letter to support your application.

Please note that you are responsible for submitting your visa application directly to the nearest Indian embassy or consulate. They will provide you with the most current information regarding required documents and procedures. We strongly advise that you complete this process well in advance of the conference to ensure timely approval. The conference organizers are not responsible for applying for or following up on your visa application.

To receive an invitation letter, you must meet the following criteria:
  1. You must be the author of an accepted paper.
  2. You must have paid the full registration fee for the conference.

Once both requirements are met, you can request your invitation letter. Please provide the following information:

  1. Full Name
  2. Title (e.g., Dr., Prof., Mr., Ms.)
  3. Organization
  4. Full Mailing Address
  5. Telephone and Fax Number
  6. Email Address

  8. Conference Registration ID
Important Visa Information

An invitation letter from the conference serves as proof that your paper submission and registration have been accepted. While this document may be helpful for your visa application, it does not guarantee that a visa will be issued.

  1. Invitation Letter Policy: We will issue your invitation letter only after your registration is complete and full payment has been received. Please be aware that a rejected visa application is not a valid reason for a registration fee refund.
  2. Name Accuracy: Your name on the invitation letter must be an exact match to the name on your passport. Discrepancies could lead to delays or the denial of your visa.
  3. Visa Assistance: The AIIS’26 Conference and its organizing committee are not authorized to assist with the visa process beyond providing the official invitation letter. In the event your application is denied, we cannot influence the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the embassy. Furthermore, we will not engage in correspondence with these entities on your behalf. As stated above, registration fees are non-refundable if a visa application is denied.
  4. Application Timing: We strongly recommend registering as early as possible to allow sufficient time for visa processing, as embassies require time to review applications.
