Registration Details

Note: Please send your manuscripts exclusively via email to aiis2026@acetedu.in. Manuscripts submitted through any other means will NOT be accepted.

Participation in the AIIS’26 – International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Information Security requires successful registration by the authors, attendees, and delegates. To maintain the integrity of the publication process and ensure active scholarly engagement, it is mandatory that at least one author of each accepted paper registers and presents the paper during the conference. Only those papers that are duly presented will be included in the conference proceedings and considered for publication in indexed journals or proceedings with ISBN.

The registration process is designed to accommodate a diverse range of participants from academia, industry, and research. Special discounts will be provided for students and faculty affiliated with Amritsar Group of Colleges (AGC) to promote institutional participation and encourage emerging researchers.

Important Registration Notes:
  • All participants (authors and attendees) are required to register through the official conference portal.
  • A unique registration ID will be issued upon confirmation.
  • Registration includes access to keynote sessions, technical presentations, conference kits, meals, and a participation certificate.
  • Group registrations from institutions and organizations may be eligible for special discounts (subject to prior approval by the organizing committee).

What is included in Fee

Your registration fee for AIIS’26 includes:

  1. Access to all conference sessions and presentations.
  2. A participant badge and ID card.
  3. Entry to the welcome reception in March 2026.
  4. Two full days of insights from leading presenters.
  5. Participation in all sessions.
  6. A conference kit, which contains the program, a certificate of participation or paper presentation, and other materials.
  7. Inclusion of your accepted paper's in the conference book or souvenir.
  8. Complimentary coffee, tea, daily lunches, and a welcome dinner throughout the event.
  9. THE REGISTRATION FEE DOESN'T INCLUDE ACCOMMODATION.
Important Instructions for Payment
  1. Your registration is confirmed only after the payment is received.
  2. The registration fee is inclusive of all taxes.
  3. When making an online transfer, please specify "Registration fee for Manuscript ID: [Your Manuscript ID]" in the remarks.
  4. Each accepted paper requires a separate registration fee payment.
  5. Only pay the registration fee after you have received an official "Acceptance e-mail" for your paper.
  6. Payment must be made within five days of receiving your acceptance email to avoid any issues.
  7. The registration fee is subject to the stated deadlines, so please pay on time.
  8. All registration fees are non-refundable.
