SRI AKHAND SAHIB PATH & HAWAN YAGYA SOLEMNIZED AT AGC, AMRITSAR

To mark the beginning of the new session January 2023, Amritsar Group of Colleges, Amritsar organised Sri Akhand Sahib Path & Hawan Yagya. As per college tradition this pious ritual is being solemnized in the campus in which the Hon’ble Chairman AGC, Adv. Sh. Amit Sharma, Ms. Ragini Sharma (Director- Finance, AGC), Dr. Rajneesh Arora (Managing Director, AGC), Dr. V. K. Banga (Principal), Deans, Heads along with the whole faculty & staff members bowed their heads in front of Almighty and wished for the bright future & success of the students as well as the college.

Bhog of Sri Akhand Path of Shri Guru Granth Sahib was solemnized at seminar Hall of Amritsar Group of Colleges on January 12, 2023. While praying for peace, progress and prosperity, the Chairman of AGC, Adv Sh Amit Sharma Ji said that our Guru Sahiban showed us the path of honesty, unity, truth and bravery. We must follow their teachings and adopt the way shown by them. They also inspired the staff to contribute strongly for the education of the community and removal of social evils. Community langar was also served after the Bhog.

On the occasion, Dr V K Banga, Principal said, "The Havan and Shri Akhand Path was organised for a pure and pristine commencement of the academic session and to induce the true spirit of the college amongst the students where tradition and excellence go hand in hand."
