Mentorship Program at Amritsar Group of Colleges, Amritsar

Amritsar Group of Colleges (AGC), Amritsar, strongly believes that academic excellence is best achieved when students receive continuous guidance, motivation, and personal support throughout their educational journey. To realize this vision, AGC has implemented a structured and well-defined Student Mentorship Program (SMP) aimed at fostering the academic, professional, and personal development of every student.

Under this program, each faculty member mentors approximately 20 students, ensuring individualized attention and close monitoring. The mentor acts as a guide, counselor, and motivator, supporting students from their induction into the institute until the successful completion of their program.
