The Training & Placement Cell of Amritsar Group of Colleges (AGC) organized a vibrant Placement Day Celebration on 10 May 2026 to celebrate the outstanding achievement of 489+ students securing placements in 46 reputed national and multinational corporate groups across diverse sectors.
The event was dedicated to recognizing the success of students placed through AGC’s sustained training and placement initiatives. Placement opportunities were offered across key industries including Information Technology, Pharmaceuticals, Hospitality, Banking, Manufacturing, Business Management, and Core Engineering.
During the celebration, selected students shared their placement journeys and expressed gratitude for the continuous support provided by the institution through aptitude training, mock interviews, skill enhancement sessions, career guidance, and industry exposure. The event reflected AGC’s strong commitment to enhancing employability, nurturing professional competence, and preparing students for successful careers in the corporate world.
