Overview

Since its inception in 2002, the Department of Computer Applications has carved its niche and made Amritsar Group of Colleges as one of the Best MCA Colleges in Punjab. Besides having a well-educated and highly-experienced faculty, the department possesses a well-stocked library for quick reference along with the two computer laboratories for learning and practicing the latest technologies. The department also houses e-classrooms for e-lectures.

  The Department of Computer Applications at AGC, offers two well-versed degree in the related field. These include one undergraduate degree i.e. BCA (3-year) and one postgraduate MCA (2-year). Along with these, the department has a provision to give admission to the students in the lateral entry into BCA.
